Our Leaders
Joe Qualls founded ALLSTATE in 1988, already having more than 10 years experience in the pest control field. From humble beginnings, Joe has helped make ALLSTATE one of the most respected names in the pest control industry. Joe now oversees the Greenwood, Arkansas office. Joe and his wife, Vicki, have many interests, including other businesses and their four wonderful grandchildren!
Russell Smith helped start ALLSTATE 's very successful Ardmore location in 1991. In 2002, he moved east to head up the Shady Point branch. Russell, his wife Patricia, and three of their children make their home north of Poteau. They are also happy to show you pictures of their grandchildren!
